ABAI is a resource for behavior analysts providing an online community. Frequently asked questions regarding "What is Behavior Analysis" can be found in the "Behavior Analysis" tab at the top of the page. Additional information regarding events world-wide can be found here as well.
The Behavior Analysis Certification Board is an excellent resource not only if you wish to become certified but even if you wish to work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Reviewing and becoming knowledgable about what the BCBA was required to complete prior to work with you may help you feel more comfortable about his/her training. Additionally, behavior analysis and applied behavior analysis is clearly outlined and defined.
